  • All payments are due immediately upon invoicing.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific product agreement, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

All content, design, software, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by the Company remain our exclusive property.
